You do not need to edit anything yourself or use complicated software. You simply send us the memories you would like included, and we create a finished video that can be kept, shared and treasured.

No. Many families do use our videos at funerals, memorial services, wakes and celebrations of life, but they are not only designed for funerals.

They can also be created as personal keepsakes, remembrance gifts, anniversary tributes, birthday memories, Christmas gifts after loss, or Mother’s Day and Father’s Day remembrance videos.

Yes. This is a fully done-for-you tribute video service.

Yes. You can order from outside the UK.

As long as you can send us your photos, video clips and notes online, we can create your tribute video and send the finished digital file back to you. If you have printed photos, we can guide you through how to digitise them and get them to us simply and quickly.

After you place your order, we will contact you personally to arrange the easiest way for you to send your photos, short video clips, music choice, wording and notes.

This may be by email, Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer or another simple file transfer method that suits you. You do not need to have everything ready immediately when placing your order.

Large files are not usually a problem. After you place your order, we will agree the best way for you to send them.

Short video clips and larger folders of photos can usually be sent by Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer or another file transfer method. Please do not worry if your files are too large to send by email.

If you only have printed photos, please get in touch and we can advise the best option.

In many cases, printed photos can be scanned or photographed clearly using a phone. If you are unsure, we can talk you through what will usually give the best result.

No. If you already have the photos in a clear order, that can help, but it is not essential.

You can also send notes telling us which photos are most important, who appears in them, or whether there are any special moments you would like us to pay attention to.

If you have a different number of photos, or you are unsure which option to choose, please contact us and we can help work out the most suitable version.

Yes, short video clips can usually be included.

Some tribute styles are more photo-led, while others may allow video clips to work more naturally. If you have several video clips you would like to include, please contact us first and we can advise what will work best.

Yes. If there is a particular song or piece of music that has special meaning to you or your family, you can tell us after ordering.

We also create a version using licensed library music, so you can have both versions. If anything needs clarifying, such as the exact version of a song, we will contact you before editing.

Yes. Names, dates and short messages can be included where suitable.

You can send these details to us after ordering, along with any wording or notes you would like included. If we need to clarify anything, we will contact you before creating the final video.

We recommend checking with the funeral director, venue or celebrant to confirm how they would like to receive the video file and whether they have any technical requirements. The finished video can also be kept, watched and shared afterwards as a lasting family keepsake.

If you need the video for a specific venue, screen or service, please let us know the details and we will supply it in the correct format wherever possible.

The time needed can depend on the tribute style chosen, the number of photos or video clips, and how quickly we receive everything from you.

In general, a video takes around 2 working days once we have received everything needed. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timescale is possible.

No. Everlasting Tributes is not a faceless automated template service.

The tribute styles give the video a clear visual structure, but your finished video is personally created using your own photos, video clips, music, wording and memories. If you need guidance, there is a real person available to help.
